Nite Bites is 2fifty after dark. When the smokehouse closes, the trailer opens right outside it with a short menu built from the same pits: a chopped beef sandwich on a Lyon Bakery potato roll, a smoked and seared burger, choripán with house chimichurri, crispy pork belly chicharrón with guacamole, beans-free Texas chili and a briscuit on a Manifest Bread biscuit. For dessert, a Salvadoran-style budín.
