We started with a stand at the Riverdale Park Farmers Market. Today we run 2fifty's smokehouses in Riverdale Park, MD and downtown DC, the Nite Bites late-night trailer, and the concepts around them. Behind the counter sits the work that keeps restaurants open: sourcing, training, catering and marketing.
Texas barbecue with Latin American roots. Every brisket, rib and sausage is smoked over post oak, never gas, and we buy from ranches and farms we know by name, from Niman Ranch and Creekstone to the growers at our local farmers market.
