The 2fifty smokehouse
2fifty's took the smokehouse's barbecue to a quicker format: sandwiches and trays served fast, built from the same brisket, sausage and sides we smoke for 2fifty Texas BBQ. It ran as a stall at Union Market in Washington, DC, and was our first step into the city before 2fifty opened its own DC location on K Street.
